Customer Reviews
Solid ERP for SMBs
Been using Katana for our Sales Order Management for a while now and it's consistently reliable. I just wish there was a dedicated mobile app for the shop floor to make managing Work Order Management even easier, like some of their competitors offer. Still, it's a great value.
Good value with annual plan
I was looking for a new system and checked out a few options. Katana offered 20% off if you went with the annual billing, which was a significant saving for our small business. That made it a no-brainer for me. The free trial let me test out the Production Planning Software and see if it was a good fit before committing. So far, it seems worth the investment.
Solid, but a few quirks
I moved our manufacturing operations over to Katana after using a different system for years, mostly for the Real-time Inventory Tracking and Bill of Materials Management. The core functionalities are really strong and have definitely helped us reduce stockouts. Delivery of the service itself was instant, being cloud-based. Customer service was helpful when I needed to understand a specific workflow for outsourced manufacturing. My main gripe is that while the QuickBooks Online Integration works, it felt a little clunky setting it up initially; it wasn't as seamless as I'd hoped. Also, some of the custom reporting options could be more flexible. Good value for what it offers, though.
Good for Inventory
We were looking for something to help with our inventory, and Katana popped up. It was pretty easy to get started. I liked that it integrated with Shopify, which is what we use. No big dramas, it just worked, and now I can actually see what's in stock. Much better than our old way.

Thinking of switching to Katana for our inventory. Does anyone know how their pricing works, like for annual vs monthly? And can you really track raw materials with it?
Heard good things about Katana, but what's the deal with discounts? I saw something about a free trial, but like, are there actual promo codes floating around, or is it mostly just for annual billing savings?
